Key Responsibilities
Specimen Collection:
Performing venipuncture and finger sticks to collect blood samples.Patient Care:
Identifying patients, explaining procedures to alleviate fears, and ensuring comfort.Sample Management:
Correctly labeling, dating, and transporting samples to the laboratory for analysis.Safety and Sanitation:
Maintaining clean equipment, adhering to infection control, and following strict, sterile, and safety procedures.Required Skills and Qualifications
