Phlebotomist / Lab Technician - Team Leader

Dahisar, Borivali, Kandivali, Malad, Goregaon, Jogeshwari , Andheri

Education:

1. Any graduate

2. Good written and verbal Marathi, English and Hindi

Experience:

1.

Handling the team

of executives and monitor the daily tasks

2. Similar diagnostic lab experience is nice to have

3. 3-4 years of relevant experience

4. Must have good knowledge of Mumbai demography

5. Can be Sales / Marketing executives in previous roles

of Team Leader

1. Manage the team of phlebotomists and runner boys and assign daily work

2. Make sure every facility has the phlebotomists and each sample is transported back to the lab.

3. Monitor their daily attendance at the faiclity

4. Monitor the logistic of sample movement

5. Monitor the delivery of reports

6. Daily visit to facilities

7. Maintain cordial communication and coordination with customer

8. Monthly invoice submission to customer

9. Follow up for payments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
