We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Phlebotomist

to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting blood and other specimens from patients for laboratory testing in a safe, accurate, and professional manner. A commitment to patient care, safety, and confidentiality is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect blood specimens via venipuncture, fingerstick, or heel stick (as applicable). Label and handle specimens correctly to ensure accurate testing and tracking. Verify patient identity and ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures. Maintain specimen integrity by following proper collection, transportation, and processing procedures. Prepare blood collection equipment and supplies as needed. Accurately enter patient and specimen data into the system. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace following infection control procedures. Adhere to all hospital, lab, and regulatory protocols, including HIPAA and OSHA guidelines. Assist with inventory management of phlebotomy supplies. Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients, particularly those who may be anxious or fearful. Participate in training and continuing education as required.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED). Completion of an accredited phlebotomy training program. Certification (preferred):

Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT)

or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting (preferred). Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
