Visit patients home or collection centres as per schedule or appointments.
Collect blood, urine, swabs, or other samples with proper technique and hygiene.
Ensure correct patient identification and accurate labelling of all samples.
Maintain sample integrity and timely dispatch to the lab.
Follow all infection control and safety protocols.
Maintain polite, respectful, and professional behaviour during patient interaction.
Record and update collection details accurately in system or forms.
Maintain inventory of collection kits and consumables.
Adhere to turnaround time (TAT) and collection targets.
