We are seeking a skilled

Phlebotomist

to join our healthcare team. The Phlebotomist will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients of all ages, ensuring proper labeling, handling, and processing of specimens. This role requires excellent patient care skills, attention to detail, and adherence to all safety and infection-control protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws accurately and safely Verify patient identity and ensure proper labeling of specimens Prepare and process samples for laboratory testing Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment Provide compassionate patient care and explain procedures as needed Follow all regulatory, safety, and infection-control standards

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Completion of an accredited phlebotomy program; certification preferred Strong communication and patient service skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ?8,341.88 - ?29,400.75 per month
