Position - 1

Vacancy For Phlebotomist cum Asst admin Manager :-

Preferably Male Candidate

Responsibilities:

Equipment and supplies:

Monitor office supplies and equipment, and alert management to low stock or maintenance needs.

Administrative support:

Assist with basic clerical tasks like photocopying, scanning, and filing.

Visitor support:

Greet and assist visitors to the office.

General assistance:

Support senior administrative staff and other employees with various tasks as needed.

Errands and deliveries:

Deliver documents and supplies within the office or to external locations.

Mail and correspondence:

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and other correspondence.
One should know to take a Neat Blood Sample Collection & deal with patient , manage relationship during Home visits.

* Patient preparation: Greeting patients, verifying their identity, and explaining the blood-drawing procedure

Blood drawing: Assessing patient's needs, reviewing patient history, and determining the reason(s) for drawing blood. Using phlebotomy methods like venepuncture, skin puncture, or arterial puncture to collect blood samples. Selecting gauge needles and preparing veins or fingers for blood drawing. Analyzing blood specimens using the correct testing equipment, when necessary.

Sample preparation: labelling samples and storing them in a safe, clean & hygienic manner. Preparing specimens for transportation, including labeling vials accurately and matching blood specimens to patients.

Patient education: Answering patients' questions and helping them feel calm during the procedure.

Database updates: Recording patient information to maintain updated files. Recording tests and blood samples taken into the organization's database. Keeping and maintaining records of patient like name, age, gender, medical history, contact number along with volume of blood drawn, and diagnostic findings.

Sample delivery: Transporting samples to the appropriate departments for analysis in a timely manner along with patient's data.

Compliance: Following all health and safety protocols, as well as hospital, laboratory, federal, state, and local guidelines.

Supplying diagnostic notes to physicians, other healthcare professionals, and hospitals.

Cleaning, maintaining, and calibrating laboratory equipment used in the drawing and testing of blood specimens.

Ordering laboratory supplies, as and when needed, & proper disposal of contaminated supplies.

Maintaining accurate and concise patient and sample documentation.

Applicant must be able to collect samples as well. Must be able to draw samples neatly and with precision.
Required phlebotomist must have experience carrying out rapid tests for malaria, HIV, etc. and should have experience running centrifuge and related basic equipment for serum separation..
*One should willing to learn operate ECG & Bp Machine.

Also well versed with Computer operating.

Must have a valid DMLT.

Total work: 1-3 years (Preferred)

Ability to commute/relocate:

Job Types: Full-time/Permanent

Salary: ?12000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month (Depending on experience)

Time: 8am to 6pm (10 hours)
