Ph.D.- Dyes/ Chemistry/ Chemical

Relevant Experience-

1 to 5 years in Dye Manufacturing Company

Shift-

Day Shift 9:30 am to 5:30pm (Sometimes

rotational shift

basis on the requirements)

Responsibilities:

Undertake experiments to develop new synthetic route Daily review of experiment results to guide R&D chemists Conduct literature survey Propose innovative solutions to improve product cost and quality Scale up and validate process on kilo-scale pilot plant Responsible for successful validation on pilot and plant scale Successful handover of process to Production department Provide timely solutions for troubleshooting of plant deviations Conduct regular training for development executives Manage a team of 2-3 R&D chemists
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
