Position - Pharmacy Warehouse Incharge

Qualification - D.Pharm/B.Pharm

Timing - General Shift (11 am to 8 PM)

Salary - 20K - 25K

Experience - Above 3 Years

Location - Nungambakkam, Chennai (Visit all Pharmacy Site)

Gender - Male Mostly Preferable

Roles & Responsibilities:

Receiving and Inventory:

Inspecting deliveries, recording goods, and storing raw materials, packing materials, and finished products according to their status (e.g., under test, approved, rejected).

Storage and Environment Control:

Maintaining the required temperature and humidity levels for sensitive pharmaceutical products, ensuring cleanliness, and organizing the warehouse space efficiently.

Order Fulfillment:

Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch to pharmacies, hospitals, or production departments.

Documentation and Compliance:

Following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), maintaining records, and completing process-related documents accurately.

Inventory Management:

Monitoring inventory levels to prevent shortages and managing the stock, including the disposal of expired or damaged goods.

Warehouse Maintenance:

Ensuring the physical condition of the warehouse is maintained, and implementing high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Security:

Establishing and maintaining security protocols to safeguard pharmaceutical products within the warehouse.

Quality Control:

Adhering to quality control standards for both raw materials and finished products before they are released for market or production.

Safety:

Following all safety instructions and ensuring a safe work environment for all warehouse personnel.

Attention to Detail:

Critical for accurately recording data and managing inventory.

Organizational Skills:

Necessary for efficiently storing, organizing, and picking items.

Communication Skills:

To coordinate with team members and other departments.

Physical Stamina:

The ability to stand for long periods, walk, and perform other physically demanding tasks.

Understanding of Regulations:

Knowledge of GMP and GDP principles is essential for pharmaceutical warehousing.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with warehouse management systems and temperature monitoring devices.
