About the Role:

We're looking for a

recent pharmacy graduate

with strong English communication skills to support our U.S. vendor outreach and onboarding efforts. You'll play a key role in reaching out to pharmacies, compounding partners, and clinical vendors to help us expand our partner network across the United States.

This is a unique opportunity to learn healthcare operations and U.S. pharmacy systems while gaining hands-on experience in vendor engagement and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct structured outreach to potential pharmacy and clinical vendors via email, phone, and LinkedIn Coordinate introductory calls, follow-ups, and information collection Maintain a live tracking sheet or CRM of outreach efforts and vendor status Support documentation, onboarding tasks (NDA, pricing sheets, regulatory details) Research pharmacy types (503A/503B, compounding, telepharmacy capabilities) Assist senior team in negotiating terms and evaluating vendor fit

Who You Are:

Recent graduate (B.Pharm / Pharm.D / M.Pharm) Excellent English communication -- clear, professional, and confident over phone and email Organized, proactive, and comfortable handling outreach across time zones Curious about U.S. healthcare, telehealth, and pharmacy models Bonus: Any exposure to U.S. pharmacy systems, telemedicine, or compounding workflows
