Oversee day to day operations within their scope of responsibilities.
Supervise and lead the provision of safe, timely, efficient, equitable, effective, and customer-centered pharmacy services.
Hold staff accountable to SOPs
Serve as the liaison to coordinate compliance and regulatory issues for areas of responsibility.
Develop and/or maintain policies and procedures.
Identify opportunities to redesign systems of oversight to maximize performance (i.e.: labor and operational efficiency).
Responsible for maintaining the store's appearance by ensuring that shelves are stocked and neat and clean
Identify and deal with personnel issues in a proactive and timely manner, with appropriate follow-up to improve performance.
Lead and develop pharmacists. pharmacy aids, and CSA to be eligible for recognition of knowledge, skills and abilities.
Participate in the recruitment, interviewing and hiring of staff.
Lead initiatives to identify gaps in training knowledge and areas for staff performance improvement.
Participate in department's strategic plan development and execution of assigned goals.
Identify and develop business cases for operational services based upon anticipated future needs, operational advancement, and organizational priorities.
Requirements
Minimum graduation (Pharmacy Preferred)
Male or Females with mobility
Minimum 3 years experience in Retail Pharmacy
