Job Summary:



We are hiring a motivated and customer-focused

Pharmacy Sales Executive

to promote and sell pharmaceutical products, assist customers with their purchases, and contribute to the overall sales performance of the pharmacy. The ideal candidate should have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of prescription and over-the-counter medicines.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist customers in selecting and purchasing medicines and health products. Explain product features, dosage, and usage instructions to customers. Process sales transactions and maintain accurate billing. Ensure availability and visibility of key medicines and products. Maintain proper records of sales, stock, and customer preferences. Assist in ordering, stocking, and displaying merchandise. Ensure expiry checks and proper storage of products. Coordinate with pharmacists for prescription-based medicines and dosage clarifications. Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to pharmacy growth.

Qualifications:



Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate in any discipline. D.Pharm or B.Pharm is preferred (not mandatory for OTC sales). 2-3 years of experience in pharmacy or sales role preferred. Basic knowledge of medicines, brands, and healthcare products. Familiarity with billing software and inventory systems.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
