to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and healthcare professionals, promoting pharmaceutical products, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote pharmacy products and services
Receive inbound calls and respond to inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and order status
Explain product features, usage, and benefits in a clear and professional manner
Follow up with customers on order confirmation, delivery, and feedback
Maintain and update customer databases and call records in CRM software
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs
Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for smooth order processing and dispatch
Stay updated with product knowledge, offers, and company policies
Handle complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to supervisors
Ensure adherence to regulatory and confidentiality requirements related to medical and pharmaceutical data
Requirements:
Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate (Pharmacy or Science background preferred)
Previous experience in telesales or customer service, preferably in the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products is an advantage
Good command of local language and English
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
