Key Responsibilities



Oversee daily operations of multiple pharmacy retail outlets. Ensure compliance with

Drug & Cosmetic Act

, NABH/JCI standards, and internal policies. Manage pharmacy staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring. Coordinate with procurement and accounts teams for timely stock replenishment and billing accuracy. Monitor inventory levels, expiries, pilferage, and returns to maintain cost control and efficiency. Develop and implement operational SOPs and quality standards. Review sales reports and implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets. Ensure patient and customer satisfaction through streamlined service and product availability. Coordinate audits (internal/external) and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm)

or

Master's in Pharmacy (M.Pharm)

; MBA in Operations or Healthcare Management preferred. Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in pharmacy retail operations, preferably in a hospital or healthcare chain. Strong knowledge of drug regulations, inventory systems, and retail pharmacy workflow. Proficient in pharmacy management software and MS Office applications. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
