We are seeking a dynamic, qualified, and experienced

Pharmacy Principal

to lead the academic, administrative, and regulatory functions of the Pharmacy College. The Principal will be responsible for maintaining academic excellence, ensuring compliance with statutory bodies, and fostering a culture of research, ethics, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Provide academic and administrative leadership to the institution Ensure compliance with

PCI, AICTE, and affiliating university norms

Plan, implement, and monitor academic programs and curriculum delivery Oversee faculty recruitment, development, appraisal, and retention Promote research activities, publications, and funded projects Ensure proper conduct of examinations and academic evaluations Maintain discipline, quality assurance, and institutional standards Coordinate inspections, approvals, and accreditations Represent the institution before regulatory bodies and stakeholders Encourage industry interaction, training, and placement activities

Eligibility & Qualifications

Ph.D. in Pharmacy

(Mandatory as per PCI norms) M.Pharm with first class at Bachelor's or Master's level Minimum

10-15 years of teaching/research experience

, including At least

5 years as Professor / HOD

Valid

PCI registration

is mandatory

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
