We're seeking an experienced Pharmacy Principal to lead our pharmacy program at Bangalore Group of Institutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical sciences, education, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
-Academic Leadership:
- Oversee curriculum development and implementation for D.Pharm and B.Pharm programs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies like Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS)
- Foster academic excellence and innovation in teaching methodologies
- Faculty Development:
- Mentor and guide faculty members to enhance their teaching, research, and industry engagement
- Promote faculty development programs and workshops
-Industry Engagement:
- Establish and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical industry partners for internships, research collaborations, and placements
- Facilitate industry-institute interactions to enhance student learning and employability
-Administration:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the pharmacy program
- Ensure effective utilization of resources and infrastructure
- Research and Development:
- Promote research culture among faculty and students
- Encourage publications, patents, and innovative projects
.Qualifications:
- PhD in Pharm
- Master's degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
- Teaching and administrative experience in a reputed institution

- Experience:
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in teaching, research, and administration
