Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and responsible

Pharmacy Manager

to oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy. The role involves ensuring safe dispensing of medicines, managing inventory, supervising pharmacy staff, maintaining statutory compliance, and coordinating with doctors, vendors, and hospital departments.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations and ensure smooth workflow Ensure accurate dispensing of medicines as per prescriptions and legal norms Manage procurement, inventory control, storage, and expiry management of drugs Maintain statutory records and ensure compliance with Drug Control regulations Supervise, train, and schedule pharmacists and pharmacy assistants Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and hospital departments for medication needs Handle audits, inspections, and documentation as required by authorities Monitor sales, billing accuracy, and pharmacy performance metrics Ensure proper storage conditions and cold-chain compliance Address patient/customer queries and ensure high service standards

Qualifications & Experience

B.Pharm / D.Pharm / M.Pharm

(Registered Pharmacist) Valid registration with State Pharmacy Council

5+ years of pharmacy experience

, including

2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role

Experience in

hospital pharmacy

preferred (retail pharmacy acceptable)

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of medicines, dosage, and drug regulations Leadership and team management skills Inventory and vendor management expertise Good communication and coordination skills Attention to detail and compliance-oriented mindset Computer proficiency (billing software, inventory systems, MS Office)

Work Conditions

Shift-based work (as per hospital/pharmacy requirements) Responsible for compliance with healthcare and safety standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹37,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
