Pharmacy Manager - Oncology Day Care (Multi-Branch)
Key Responsibilities
Manage oncology pharmacy operations across multiple day care centers
Ensure safe handling and dispensing of chemotherapy drugs
Oversee inventory, procurement, and stock control
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and hospital teams
Ensure compliance with Pharmacy Act, D&C Act, NABH standards
Supervise and train pharmacy staff
Maintain SOPs, audits, and documentation
Eligibility
B.Pharm / M.Pharm (PCI registered)
5+ years hospital/oncology pharmacy experience
Oncology day care experience preferred
Multi-location management experience is a plus
Skills
Strong leadership & communication
Knowledge of oncology drugs & safety protocols
Inventory & pharmacy software expertise
Willingness to travel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
