Who We're Looking For:
Minimum
4 years
of experience in a Pharmacy Team Lead / Multi-Store Manager role
Proven experience managing
2 or more pharmacy stores
under your leadership
Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, inventory, and compliance
Good communication and leadership skills
Field-ready mindset -- must be willing to visit stores daily within the assigned cluster
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
