Role Summary:
Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure accurate dispensing of medicines, maintain stock levels, and ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day pharmacy operations.
Ensure accurate dispensing of medications as per prescriptions.
Monitor and maintain stock levels, manage expiries, and handle inventory control.
Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement of medicines and consumables.
Ensure accurate billing and support pharmacy-related audits.
Maintain compliance with drug laws, hospital policies, and safety standards.
Train and guide pharmacy staff for efficient operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
D.Pharm / B.Pharm qualification.
3-4 years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of drugs, inventory management, and billing.
Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
