Key Responsibilities
Multi-Branch Pharmacy Management
Monitor and supervise pharmacy operations across
branches
Ensure standard SOPs are followed uniformly at all locations
Conduct regular branch visits, audits, and reviews
Inventory & Stock Control
Central monitoring of medicine stock, consumption, and transfers
Prevent stock shortages and excess inventory
Monitor expiry, near-expiry, and non-moving medicines
Coordinate centralized purchasing and vendor management
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all branches comply with pharmacy laws and clinic policies
Maintain and review statutory records (Schedule H, H1, narcotics, etc.)
Handle inspections and ensure corrective actions
Team Supervision & Training
Supervise branch pharmacists and assistants
Train staff on SOPs, documentation, and dispensing standards
Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with doctors, clinic managers, HO, and accounts team
Submit consolidated reports for all
branches
Address escalations and operational issues promptly
Requirements
Valid Pharmacy Council registration
Strong knowledge of inventory systems and compliance
Proficiency in pharmacy software, Excel, and billing systems
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
