Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the hospital pharmacy.
Ensure accurate dispensing of medicines as per prescriptions.
Manage inventory, stock levels, and timely procurement of medicines.
Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, hospital policies, and safety standards.
Supervise pharmacy staff and maintain duty schedules.
Monitor expiry dates, storage conditions, and controlled drugs.
Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff regarding medication requirements.
Maintain proper pharmacy records and documentation.
Eligibility & Qualifications
B.Pharm / D.Pharm
from a recognized institution.
Valid State Pharmacy Council registration.
Minimum
4 years of experience
as a hospital pharmacist / pharmacy in-charge.
Knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations and inventory systems.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
