Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee and manage pharmacy operations across all centres on a Pan-India level ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs for pharmacy functions including procurement, inventory management, dispensing, and audits. Ensure adherence to drug storage, handling, and dispensing guidelines as per regulatory standards. Coordinate with regional pharmacy teams to streamline processes, optimize costs, and ensure uninterrupted drug availability. Maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships to ensure timely procurement and quality standards. Monitor and analyze pharmacy performance data, generate reports, and present insights to management for decision-making. Provide training, guidance, and support to pharmacists across branches to ensure service excellence. Willingness to travel extensively across India for audits, branch visits, and operational support.
