Key Responsibilities:
Open the pharmacy store on time and ensure readiness for daily operations.
Check stock levels daily and update inventory accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in and around the store area.
Attend to customer inquiries and provide the right medicines based on their symptoms or prescriptions.
Assist in identifying over-the-counter medications and guide customers on usage.
Ensure proper handling and storage of medicines.
Work cooperatively with other staff and maintain a professional attitude.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of medicines and customer service.
Should be able to handle responsibilities independently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be punctual, cooperative, and trustworthy.
Prior experience in a pharmacy or medical store is a plus.
Freshers & Trainees are welcome.
