Willingness to work night shifts
Key Responsibilities
Review patient charts and ensure accurate clinical documentation
Support medication refill workflows
Analyze prescriptions for therapeutic appropriateness
Coordinate with healthcare providers and pharmacies for clarifications
Apply pharmacology knowledge across therapeutic classes and disease states
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines
Identify issues and support resolution through analytical thinking
Required Skills
Strong foundation in pharmacology and clinical pharmacy
Understanding of pharmacy workflows
Chart review and documentation skills
Knowledge of compliance standards
Good verbal and written communication skills
