Dispense prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) medications accurately.
Provide proper guidance to customers on medication usage, dosage, and possible side effects.
Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, billing, and stock.
Manage inventory, check expiry dates, and ensure availability of essential medicines.
Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals to clarify prescriptions when needed.
Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standard operating procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the pharmacy.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (D.Pharm / B.Pharm).
Valid Tamil Nadu Pharmacy Council Registration.
Minimum
1 year experience
in a pharmacy (experience within Coimbatore preferred).
Strong knowledge of medicines, brands, and substitutes.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge for billing and inventory management.
