-Store In-Charge

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the

medicine kit

as per clinic requirements.

Handle

stock dispensing

for the Operation Theatre (OT) and other departments.

Perform

weekly medicine refilling

in the pharmacy.

Clear and update

daily PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) stock

records.

Manage

pharmacy sales

and customer interactions when required.

Place

monthly purchase orders

, if necessary, in coordination with the pharmacist.

Verify

stock in/out records

daily to ensure accuracy and availability.

Manage the

pharmacy counter

in the absence of the pharmacist.

Prepare and follow up on

purchase orders

for medicine and clinical supplies.

Ensure

OT stock refilling

is done on time and as per schedule.

Conduct

daily pharmacy stock checks

to maintain updated records.

Handle

new stock counting

and verification during deliveries.

Maintain proper

stock arrangement

in both the Pharmacy and OT.

Coordinate with suppliers and maintain proper documentation of purchases and receipts.

Ensure

cash deposits

are made to the bank on a

daily or weekly basis

, as per company protocol.

Manage

counter billing

efficiently and accurately.

Handle

stock loading and unloading

as needed, ensuring safe and proper transfer.

Oversee

stock management

with utmost care and attention to detail.

Conduct regular

stock checks

, including monitoring

expiry dates

of medicines and other materials.

Ensure timely

refill and restocking

of unavailable or low-stock items.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
