Job Description

v To prepare Indent of Short materials.

v To receive goods as per indent by cross verification of Batch, Expiry and MRP.

v To store or arrange received goods as per storage guidelines on the pack by manufacturer.

v To prepare GRN of received goods in system.

v To dispense medicines as well as surgical consumables as per prescription or online indent requisition.

v To take returned medicines of patients with proper check of physical condition, batch no., expiry date and quantity. Same has entered in system immediately.

v To coordinate with Medical officer or Nurse supervisor or Consultant in case of any difficulty in either prescription or online indent requisition or issue return medicines.

v To give priority of dispensing to emergency medication. (Supply through Pneumatic shaft on demand by concerned personnel).

v To fulfil all departments, wards and OT-store requirements in define time frame.

v To arrange emergency requirement of medication which is not exist in defined hospital formulary of pharmacy on priority basis.

v To arrange medication in emergency case through cash purchase nearby medical store.

v To maintain petty cash on every duty shifts.

v To follow or adhere Management of Medication as per NABH standards.

v To take back of expiry materials before 3 months of expiry from wards and departments along with duly signed Expiry Recall form.

v To follow Drug and Cosmetic Act as well as Narcotic and Psychotropic Act to dispense medication.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
