Vehicle - Two Wheeler Must and willing to travel to site visit.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Recording and maintaining financial transactions:

This includes all aspects of income and expenses related to the pharmacy's operations.

Preparing financial statements:

This involves creating balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports that summarize the pharmacy's financial performance.

Managing accounts payable and receivable:

This includes processing invoices, tracking payments, and managing customer accounts.

Reconciling bank statements:

Ensuring that the pharmacy's financial records match the bank's records.

Monitoring and analyzing financial data:

Identifying trends, potential risks, and areas for improvement.

Preparing budgets and forecasts:

Helping the pharmacy plan for future financial needs.

Assisting with audits:

Providing information and documentation for both internal and external audits.
Inventory Management:

Tracking inventory levels:

Ensuring that the pharmacy has the right amount of medication and supplies on hand.

Monitoring inventory costs:

Analyzing costs associated with purchasing, storing, and managing inventory.

Identifying and addressing potential issues:

Preventing shortages, overstocking, and waste.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
