Qualification - B. Pharma, M.Pharm (Pharmacology, Clinical Practice), Pharm D
Work from office
Shift timing - 9am to 6pm/ 3pm to 12am
Overall Purpose of the job
Case Processor transcribes all pertinent data from adverse event reports into safety database and ensures accuracy of cases processed into safety database, complying with client Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines
Responsibilities/Authorities

  • Prioritizes the cases according to day zero and seriousness, and ensures the cases are completed according to the timelines mentioned in client SOP
  • Follows all conventions as mentioned in relevant SOPs/ Manuals to process ICSRs
  • Verifies the data captured by case registration/import associatefor accuracy
  • Performs duplicate check during case processing to identify any inconsistency, as applicable
  • Perform manual submission for applicable cases
  • Supports management team in activities likes handling workflow, Quality management as and when requested
  • Performs source document review and create cases as when required
Provides training/mentoring to the team members when applicable
