• To manage and lead the implementation process of Qlik Sense in PV for their selected areas of responsibility:
• To be an expert on the relevant business processes and corresponding BI developments
• To gather, fine tune and prioritize business requirements for creation of Qlik Sense reports
• To map the required fields/tables required for the developments with the BI team and vendor, if needed
• To manage Qlik Sense releases in collaboration with BI
• To take part in the validation activities, including training of end users, as needed
• To prepare and deliver training materials related to Qlik Sense
• To manage all related system defects, including impact analysis and CAPA deviations, as needed.
• To retrieve data from source systems and the BI database, as needed
• To provide guidance and support to end users on data retrieval related issues
• Inspection Readiness- management of data retrieval requests in collaboration with BI
• To support the PV Analytics team in relevant projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in life sciences / pharmaceutics / nursing / biology / veterinary medicine
• 2 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Multitasking & meeting deadlines
• Tech savvy
• Accuracy, thoroughness & details orientation
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Pro-active, well-organized and responsible person
• A team player but also be able to work independently
