Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all requests received from stakeholders.
Track progress of tasks and requests, ensuring timely completion.
Monitor meeting topics to prevent repetition and ensure engaging discussions.
Identify and categorize Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) based on established criteria.
Develop and maintain a database of KOLs, including their contact information and tier status.
Collaborate with team members to leverage KOL relationships effectively.
Prepare reports summarizing key findings and trends related to requests and KOL engagement.
Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges related to information tracking and KOL management.
Expectations / RequirementsWe're looking for you, if:
You possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Communications, or a related field).
You have 1-3 years of experience in information management, project coordination, or stakeholder engagement.
You are proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
You possess strong organizational and time management skills with an eye for detail.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with various stakeholders.
You have experience with database management and data analysis (advantageous).
You demonstrate a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
