Pharmacist Customer Support

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls and provide assistance to clients.

Pitch for substitute medicines to the customers.

Compensation Details:

Fixed CTC: ?26,000 (?22,000 in-hand after PF deduction).

Joining Bonus: ?5,000, to be credited in the nearest payroll cycle.

Incentives: Performance-based. (upto 60k per month)

Shift Timings:

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (with an additional ?1,500 allowance per month for this shift).

Note - Shift will be rotational for males as per the requirements and for females there will be a fixed shift timing of 8am to 5pm.

OJT Period: 7 days. (Post training clearance the candidates will get the payment of the 7 days along with the 1st month salary)

Location - Urmi Corporate Park, Saki Vihar Road, Powai, Mumbai - 7th Floor

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?22,001.00 per month
