Key Responsibilities: Clinical Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation, dispensing, and distribution of medications to ensure accuracy and safety. Review and evaluate prescriptions for appropriateness, potential drug interactions, and patient-specific factors. Provide expert advice on medication use, dosage adjustments, and therapy alternatives to healthcare providers and patients. Conduct medication therapy management (MTM) and patient counseling sessions. Monitor and assess the outcomes of pharmaceutical care interventions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

Bachelor Pharmacy (Pharm.B.), Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or equivalent degree in Pharmacy or relevant field is a plus.

Licensure:

Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in the applicable state.

Experience:

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a clinical or hospital pharmacy setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of pharmacology, therapeutics, and drug regulations. Leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in pharmacy management systems and electronic health records (EHRs).
