Key Responsibilities of a Pharmacist:

Dispensing Medications:

Pharmacists dispense medications based on prescriptions from authorized healthcare providers, ensuring accuracy in dosage and preparation.

Patient Counseling:

They provide patients with information about their medications, including how to take them properly, potential side effects, and drug interactions.

Medication Therapy Management:

Pharmacists monitor patient medication regimens, identify potential problems, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment plans.

Quality Assurance:

They ensure the quality and safety of medications by conducting quality control tests, monitoring drug inventories, and reporting any adverse reactions.

Pharmacy Operations:

Pharmacists manage pharmacy operations, including inventory control, ordering medications, and ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance.

Patient Education:

They educate patients and healthcare professionals about medications, including drug interactions, side effects, and proper usage.

Collaboration:
