Key Responsibilities:

Verify supplier details in PO and DC/Invoice Check rate per unit, quantity, batch number, expiry, and free quantity Sign invoice copy post-verification and update system records Ensure proper storage and stacking of materials Maintain cold chain for temperature-sensitive items Cross-check original transfer slips and indents with Pharmacy Manager/HOD

Administrative Duties:

Be familiar with hospital protocols Report incidents to the in-charge Attend meetings and training programs Maintain discipline and punctuality Uphold ethical practices and organizational policies
