JOB SPECIFICATION :

Educational Qualification: Diploma/ B Pharmacy

Experience Required: 0 to 5 years

PCI License Mandatory

Responsibilities:

Supplier mentioned in PO and DC/Invoice is same

Rate per units Specification quantity BATCH NO & Expiry Free quantity After verification, should sign on the Invoice copy and make necessary entry in the system. Storage and stocking of the material received. Material will be stacked in the rack in proper order The item which is stored under specified storage conditions and temperature will be stored in the refrigerators. Original copy of transfer slips and indent will be cross checked by the Manager-Pharmacy/HOD-Materials.

ADMINISTRATIVE

Possess information related to Hospital procedures/protocol. Report the entire incident to the in charge. Attend meetings and self-development programs. Maintains discipline and punctuality among the staff. Actively participate in all departmental training programs and quality initiatives implemented across locations. Uphold ethical practices and demonstrate diplomacy in all day-to-day transactions. Adhere to the organization's rules and regulations as updated from time to time.
