Responsibilities:

1. Performing administrative duties, including answering calls, receiving, and inputting prescription orders, operating cash registers, and restocking inventory.

2. Gathering, organizing and assessing patient information.

3. Taking inventory of drugs on hand and recording results.

4. Placing orders for additional drugs as directed by the pharmacist.

5. Maintaining patient information electronically.

6. Preparing billing information for medication sales.

7. Completing patients' sales transactions for purchase of prescription drugs andover-the counter medication as well as other pharmaceutical products.

8. Complying with the requisite ethical standards.

9. Performing daily business operations with accuracy in work and compliancewith regulations.

10. Adhering to health and safety regulations, and complying with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Customer Service:

1. Great customer-service skills.

2. Ability to multi-task, especially in a busy work environment.

3. Consistent punctuality in reporting to work and with work breaks.

4. Maintaining a good attendance record and keeping absenteeism to a minimum.

5. Regular attendance of team meetings and participation in mandatory in-servicetraining.

7. Demonstration of the ability to comply with established policies and procedures.

8. Demonstration of good time management in the completion of job functions.

10. Observance of work hours and time clock regulations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in pharmacy (B. Pharm) Or Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharma)

2. Knowledge of pharmaceutical handling procedures, including dispensing and inventory management.

3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication handling and documentation.

4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborating with healthcare professionals.

5. Familiarity with safety standards and protocols in pharmaceutical practices.
