Job Description

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Aravinds IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre is currently seeking a highly motivated and experiences Pharmacist to join our dynamic team.

Completing operational requirements of the pharmacy, including verifying order entries, maintaining records of controlled substances, charges and removing expired or damage drugs form the pharmacy inventory.

Review patients medical histories and prescriptions to avoid harmful drug interactions .

Compounding and dispensing medications as prescribed by physicians.

Instructing customers on how and when to take prescribed medications.

Manage pharmacy inventory levels and medication storage.

Ensuring a safe and clean working environment.

Performing other administrative tasks when needed.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Dispense medicines as per doctor's prescription Verify prescription accuracy and dosage Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of medicines Provide medication counseling to patients Monitor drug interactions and side effects Maintain pharmacy stock, inventory, and expiry tracking Prepare and submit pharmacy reports Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and hospital staff Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and hospital policies Maintain cleanliness and safety of pharmacy area Handle emergency medicine dispensing

Skills Required:

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of pharmaceutical drugs and formulations Prescription interpretation Inventory and stock management Knowledge of drug safety & regulations

Soft Skills:

Good communication skills Attention to detail Patient counseling ability Time management Teamwork and responsibility
Education: B.pharm , D.pharm and M.Pharm

Experience: 0 - 2years

Salary: 15K to 20K

Location: Tambaram, Urappakkam, Madipakkam

Work Time: 9am to 7pm
