Job Description

Core duties

Medication dispensing:

Accurately dispense both prescription and over-the-counter medications and ensure all prescriptions are correctly fulfilled.

Patient counseling:

Advise patients on how to take their medication, potential side effects, and proper storage.

Inventory management:

Maintain, organize, and rotate stock, check expiry dates, and ensure 100% stock is tallied according to category twice a week.

Record keeping:

Maintain accurate patient records and other necessary documentation.

Customer service:

Handle customer inquiries, provide drug information, and maintain good relationships with both customers and doctors.
Operational responsibilities

Stock and storage:

Store drugs under proper conditions, including refrigeration, and manage cold chain management.

Billing and cash handling:

Handle cash at the billing counter when needed.

Call handling:

Answer inbound calls for drug information, patient counseling, and home delivery orders.

Stock verification:

Perform regular rack-wise verification of fast-moving items and tally physical stock against records.

Shift management:

Complete shift hand-over and take-over processes before leaving work.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
