Job Opening: Pharmacist - PBHM Medical Center

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Pharmacist to join our team at PBHM Medical Center.

Responsibilities:

Accurately dispense medications in accordance with prescriptions.
Provide patient counseling on proper medication usage, dosage, and possible side effects.
Manage and monitor pharmacy inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.
Collaborate with doctors and healthcare providers to support optimal patient care.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and safety standards.
Stay updated on new developments and best practices in pharmacy.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D).
Valid pharmacist license/registration.
Strong knowledge of medications, interactions, and dispensing practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a healthcare team.
