I. JOB DETAILS
Job Title
Executive - Pharmacy
Reporting Supervisor
Assistant Manager - Pharmacy
II. JOB PURPOSE
Perform activities necessary to manage inventory thereby ensure efficient, timely and correct dispensing of drugs to Various Units of Max Healthcare
III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
Dispensing of Meds/Consumables

• Dispensing medicines as per indents from location in a time bound and error free manner.

Inventory Control

• Immediate return of all non-moving / Expiry / Short Expiry & removal from HIS.
• Timely liquidation of Non-Moving Inventory from Warehouse.

Receiving Material & GRN

• Receiving of Medicines as well as OTC products, GRN generation, and submission of bill to Account.

Compliance

• All compliance related to pharmacy, like ,no expired medicine, updation of documents, stock availability, process adherence, and generation dispatch documents like Invoice, Eway Bills etc., should be adhered to at all times.

Supply Check (Urgency & Auto)

• Receipt of Material from Suppliers as per criteria and inspection process.

Purchase Requisition

• Generate PR and Dispense Medicines / Consumables to Locations.
• Maintain the availability of medicines on time (Fill rate of Urgency & Auto).

IV. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Measurable Deliverables

• Accurate information to Units about availability of items and timeline to deliver
• Accuracy in invoicing and dispensing.
• Active participation in all departmental training and development activities.
• Active participation in Inventory Management.
• Adherence to Pharmacy compliances.

V. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications
B. Pharma / D.Pharma (New Delhi pharmacy registration required)
Experience
5+ years, preferably healthcare experience
Behavioural Skills

• An inquiring approach towards patient care.

• Leadership & communication skills.
• Team Player

Technical Skills

• Good knowledge of computers.
• Inventory management
• Process oriented

• Good knowledge of drugs / Brands

Language Skills
English & Hindi
