Provide guidance on general health topics and recommend over-the-counter products.
Consult with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals about patient drug therapy.
Ensure safety and compliance:
Check for potential drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications.
Administer immunizations, such as flu shots.
Maintain patient records and adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations.
Pharmacy management:
Supervise pharmacy technicians and interns.
Manage pharmacy records and billing issues.
