Dispense prescribed medications accurately and safely
Review prescriptions for dosage, drug interactions, and contraindications
Counsel patients on proper use of medicines, dosage, side effects, and storage
Maintain pharmacy stock, inventory control, and expiry monitoring
Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, NABH/ regulatory standards
Maintain records for narcotic and controlled drugs
Coordinate with doctors and nurses regarding medication therapy
Prepare and label medications as per prescription
Handle pharmacy billing and documentation
Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of pharmacy area
Participate in audits, inspections, and quality improvement activities
Educational Qualification
