Role Summary



We are seeking a licensed, experienced, and responsible

Pharmacist

to manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensure accurate dispensing, maintain inventory, and provide medication guidance with high professionalism and patient focus.

Key Responsibilities



Dispense medications accurately as per prescriptions. Counsel patients/guardians on dosage, usage, interactions, and storage. Maintain proper documentation and updates in HMS (Hospital Management System). Ensure compliance with drug laws, storage guidelines, and centre protocols. Manage inventory, stock levels, and expiry tracking. Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and operations for smooth workflow. Ensure timely ordering, receiving, and return of stock. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the pharmacy. Monitor controlled drugs and maintain statutory registers. Support internal audits and quality processes.

Requirements



D.Pharm / B.Pharm (Mandatory). Valid Kerala State Pharmacy Council Registration. Minimum 1-2 years of pharmacy experience (hospital/clinical preferred). Knowledge of paediatric medications preferred. Strong communication and customer-handling skills. Ability to work independently and manage fast-paced situations. Basic computer proficiency.
