Dispense prescription and OTC medications accurately.
Provide proper counselling on dosage, usage, side effects, and storage of medicines.
Verify prescriptions for legality, completeness, and authenticity.
Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Manage billing, invoicing, and daily cash handling.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized pharmacy premises.
Assist in managing emergency medication requirements during night shift.
Inventory & Stock Management
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
Maintain records of batch numbers, expiry dates, and storage conditions.
Handle inward and outward stock movement.
Conduct regular stock audits and update inventory systems.
4. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with Drug & Cosmetics Act and pharmacy standards.
Maintain proper documentation of prescriptions, control drugs, and schedules.
Adhere to SOPs for medicine handling and customer service.
Qualifications & Skills:
D.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Pharm with a valid pharmacy license.
Minimum 1-3 years of pharmacy or hospital experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of medicines, dosages, and drug interactions.
Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently during night shifts.
Attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills.
