Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated pharmacist to join our pharmacy team. As a pharmacist, you will play a vital role in patient care by preparing and dispensing medications, providing expert advice on the safe use of medications, and ensuring the highest standards of pharmaceutical care.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with legal requirements and medical guidelines. Providing medication counseling to patients regarding dosage, drug interactions, side effects, and proper medication storage. Collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes through medication therapy management. Monitoring patient health and progress to maximize therapeutic outcomes and minimize adverse effects. Compounding medications to meet individual patient needs as required. Maintaining accurate patient records and medication histories. Ensuring compliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards of practice.

Qualifications:

Degree in Pharmacy (Pharm.D. or B.Pharm) from an accredited institution. Valid pharmacist license in [State]. Proven experience as a pharmacist or pharmacy intern (depending on the role). Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
