Job Description

Medication Management:

Procurement, storage, compounding (making custom meds), dispensing, and quality control of drugs.

Clinical Patient Care:

Reviewing drug orders for safety and appropriateness. Monitoring patient responses to medications. Collaborating with physicians and nurses on drug therapy decisions. Counseling patients on medications and potential side effects. Managing complex cases like oncology or critical care.

Drug Information & Education:

Serving as medication experts, providing drug information, and educating staff and patients.

System & Policy Development:

Managing the hospital's formulary (list of approved drugs) and developing medication policies.

Specialized Roles:

Participating in research, clinical trials, and emergency medicine.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?27,000.00 per month
