Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications in accordance with established protocols
Conduct medication reconciliation and review patient medication histories to ensure safety and efficacy
Provide drug information and counseling to patients and healthcare providers
Participate in pharmacy rounds, offering expertise in pharmacotherapy and medication management
Support the development of pharmacy policies and procedures to enhance medication safety
Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to team meetings and educational initiatives
