Job Description
Pharmacist - ILS Hospital Agartala 1. To perform dispensing of Medicine. 2. To coordinate with Doctors. 3. Serving the prescription and billed them on OPD patients. 4. Returning expiry/breakage/non-moving items to IP Pharmacy regularly. 5. Selling of medicines to out-patients against prescription on cash/credit. 6. To collect and receive the ordered medicines from medical stores and rack them accordingly. 7. To conduct physical stock checks on daily basis. 8. Proper entry of material received, issued in the system. 9. Indent/Order as per approve ROL/ROQ. 10. To participate all kind of training for self-development. 11. Preparing bounce list, sale report OPD tracker. 12. Doing prescription audit. 13. Preparing home delivery medicine for Sparsh Patients. 14. To coordinate with patient party regarding medicine stock availability. 15. Providing quality service to the patients. 16. Promote uniformity in the service provided.
