Key Responsibilities
Dispense medicines accurately as per doctor prescriptions.
Counsel patients on medication usage, dosage, and precautions.
Maintain pharmacy inventory and assist in stock management.
Check expiry dates and ensure proper storage of medicines.
Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation.
Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff for medication requirements.
Follow hospital policies, safety standards, and pharmacy regulations.
Eligibility & Qualifications
D.Pharm / B.Pharm
from a recognized institution.
Valid State Pharmacy Council registration.
Minimum
6 months to 1 year of experience
in a hospital pharmacy preferred.
Basic computer knowledge for billing and record keeping.
Good communication and patient-handling skills.
